Protecting civil liberties requires commitment and sometimes great personal sacrifice. This issue acknowledges the contributions of American Veterans who have served our country past and present. Young readers will meet an Air Force veteran and his canine companion, Jason, and learn how Jason allows a freedom fighter to have more freedom at home.
