Along comes the hermit crab without a full shell to protect its soft and very large abdomen. What’s a hermit crab to do? Borrow a shell found in the ocean to create shelter until he outgrows his home and moves to another. This clever fellow adapts to his environment with other talents including the ability to grow a new claw if one is lost. Traveling in packs, he’s no “hermit” at all! Come explore the ocean floor and discover the neighborhood of hermit crabs and their unique housing!
